Sicily: A 14-Day Adventure
Sicily is truly enchanting, my friends. It's an island of panoramas and perspectives, boasting numerous world-class landmarks. While its history is marked by battles, destruction, and the revival of cities and cultures, even the language here differs slightly from the mainland. The fusion of three cultures, the maritime climate, and architectural features have given the island its unique energy, setting it apart from the rest of the world.
This road trip is crafted for a group of up to 8 people.
Tour Plan: Catania – Etna - Taormina – Enna – Cefalu – Palermo – Erice - Agrigento – Ragusa - Syracuse – Catania.

We will see the creation of the Sicilian master Vaccarinii - Chiesa della Badia di Sant'Agata, the San Nicolò l’Arena, Chiesa San Benedetto, Chiesa San Francesco Borgia, Castello Ursino, as well as the symbol of Catania - the Elephant Fountain.

Day 3. A trip to Mount Etna, one of the highlights of our trip. Get ready for cool temperatures, low pressure and strong winds at the top of the mount. A cable car ticket and a jeep to the top costs 135 euros in total. On our way back you can buy the famous honey which obtained at the apiaries at the foot of Mount Etna. Lunch is expected in the village of Zaferrana in a typical Sicilian trattoria. Returning to the hotel (apartment), beach, dinner.
Day 4. A trip to Piazza Armerina, a short tour of the town. Now, the highlights - Villa Romana del Casale! It is an ancient Roman villa, where we will admire the perfectly preserved mosaics of the 3rd-4th century AD. In the evening we move to Enna, where we will spend the night.
Day 5. We are walking through Enna, a city on top of a mountain (990 meters), visiting the ruins of the castle and the rock of Ceres. After that we’re moving to Cefalu.

While walking, we will be pushing away the clouds floating in the streets.
